Biography and Qualifications
Thomas J. Weber, Jr. has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years.
After graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Tom began his career at a large Wall Street brokerage firm before starting his own full service investment business in 1991.
Tom is a Registered Representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and actively holds the following licenses enabling him to conduct securities business for his clients: General Securities Representative (Series 7 General Security License), Uniform Investment Advisor Law (Series 65 License) and Uniform Securities Agent/Blue Sky (Series 63 License).
In addition, Tom holds a State of NJ Department of Banking and Insurance License for Life Insurance and Variable Annuity products.
Tom and his wife, Pat, have been married for over 30 years and have three children:
Jenna, Thomas III, and Meredith.
After a 20 year career in Human Resources at a major financial firm, Pat joined Tom as his Office Administrator. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University.
Civic Activities
Tom has been a member of Rotary International for 28 years, serving as Club President and Treasurer.
Tom and Pat are both recipients of the Rotary International Paul Harris "Service Above Self" award. Tom currently runs his club's annual golf outing, raising funds for college scholarships which are given to local high school students. Along with Pat and daughter, Meredith, Tom coordinates an annual Christmas party on behalf of the Rotary Club for a low income day care center.
Tom spent many years coaching baseball, basketball and soccer for the Caldwell-West Caldwell Recreation Department.
The Webers are members of St. Aloysius Parish, Caldwell, NJ.
